1. 제출대상 : 아산시연계과정 강좌의 강사님
2. 작성기준 : 매학기 12주과정 기준
3. 제출 방법 : 첨부파일 양식에 한글 파일 작성 후 이메일 전송 또는 수기 작성 후 사무실 제출
4. 제출 이메일 : 20250577@sch.ac.kr
5. 제출 기한 : 매학기 종강일

Hello, this is the Lifelong Education Center. We would like to request the submission of class journals for the Asan City Partnership courses
1. Target Recipients
All instructors teaching in the Asan City Partnership Program.
2. Standard Requirement
Journals must cover the 12-week curriculum for each semester.
3. How to Submit
Via Email: Complete the provided HWP template and send it to the email address below.
In Person: Fill out the form by hand and submit it to the office.
4. Submission Details
Email Address: 20250577@sch.ac.kr
Deadline: By the last day of each semester (Final class date)
